Aktis Trail Signs
18 February 2026MEDICINE ASSISTED THERAPY
Medicine Assisted Therapy (MAT) integrates ketamine treatment with KCFN cultural practices—ceremony, prayer, song, and the presence of knowledge keepers—to support healing from trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and addiction. The program creates a culturally grounded space where participants can explore internal challenges while being held by their culture, leading to meaningful changes like reduced conflict, stronger community connection, and greater daily ease.
“We’ve had some pretty remarkable outcomes. And sometimes it’s not big dramatic changes, but more subtle changes that are also important and add up to big differences.”
